The AACCT hosts activities for an unusually diverse population from all over Lower Manhattan, including Chinatown, the Lower East Side, and Tribeca, as well as Brooklyn. This is a unique place where people of all ages, nationalities and walks of life participate and interact. Program planning at the Center reflects our strong commitment to serving seniors and children.
Ongoing activities include painting, Chinese calligraphy, photography, creative writing, digital filmmaking, classical and ballroom dance, and table tennis. The fees are modest so as to serve the widest possible range of participants.
Participants always express their great attachment to the Center and desire for its continued existence. I’m hoping that with your support it can flourish and continue its great work. There is no other place like it anywhere in our city.
